To redeem your Adventure Boot Camp Gift Card, follow BOTH steps below:
Step 1: click here to register. Choose your location, camp session date, pick 5 days per week, and choose “check” as your payment method. Complete the health history form in its entirety. Please share the name of the person that gave you the Gift Card in the “I was referred by (required field)” field.
Step 2: After completing the registration form you will be directed to a payment page. No worries, your friend secured your spot for you (she’s awesome!). Enter your 16 digit card number into the “Special Code” field in the upper right hand corner (no spaces please), and then click “APPLY”. Then you’ll scroll to the bottom of the page. Choose “Send a check”, then click the “Checkout” button on the bottom right. (See screen shots below)
