We have live, in-person classes that meet outdoors. We do not share equipment and we are 6 feet or more apart from each other at all times, so you can safely get live coaching and interaction.
Live and on-demand workouts from home
Another safe alternative is exercising from the comfort of your own home. We have live, follow along classes as well as on-demand workouts you can do anytime you like. All you need is an exercise mat and some weights or even household items to participate.

How do I sign up now?
Go to the registration page and fill out the form. After filling out the registration form, please follow the payment instructions, we accept cash, check or you can also pay secure online via credit card. Once we’ve received your registration information, we’ll follow up with your welcome email, camp forms and contact you to schedule your pre-camp evaluation.
What do I need to bring to camp?
You will need to bring one set of 5, 8 & 10 lb. hand weights and any type of exercise mat. You will also want to bring water to keep yourself hydrated during camp. Optional items are a towel to dry off with and gloves or mittens in the winter. Dress in a layered fashion…even if it is chilly, you will get warm very fast!
What if I sign up for the three day plan and then want to do more days of the camp?
After starting camp, many women realize how fun and convenient it is so they request to sign up for more days. In addition, they realize that the more days they attend camp the greater the results. In these situations, you will simply be pro-rated from the point you decide to join us for more days.
If I sign up for 3-days per week, do I have to come on specific days?
The 3-day per week option gives you complete flexibility to use your 12 sessions over the 4 weeks of camp in whatever way fits your schedule best. Even if you have to travel for a week, you can still use your 12 workout sessions during the 3 weeks you’ll be in town.
Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It’s part of the process that lets you improve!
What kinds of people go to camp?
They are people just like you. All shapes, sizes and abilities excel at ABC. Someone who needs a little push to jump-start their fitness and wellness program.
What Happens if it’s Raining?
All Adventure Boot Camp locations have an indoor option for poor weather conditions, but during COVID-19 we will be doing all rainy day workouts via ZOOM — we will NOT be moving indoors until the spread of the virus is not a risk or health concern. On questionable days you can call the weather hot line number at 513-407-4665, X-104, by 4:45am to hear a recorded message for instructions on where camp will be held that morning.
Is there a refund policy?
If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund if you notify us prior to your session start date; however you will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee. If we are notified after your session begins, we can only give you a credit towards a future boot camp session. This credit is nontransferable. There is no cash refund. This is not negotiable.
What is a typical day like at camp?
That’s difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to ensure muscle confusion and alleviate boredom. You can expect some light running, weight training, obstacle courses, core training and plyometrics each week. It’s always an adventure, and you’ll always have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form, “core stability,” and nutrition to reach your goals.
I’m not sure I can find the time to make it to boot camp so early in the morning. I have kids, I have to get my spouse off to work, I work till late at night and the list goes on and on. Any advice?
You can give yourself 100 reasons why you can’t make 5:30AM boot camp. The reality is there’s about 1000 reasons why it absolutely CAN be done and why it will be the best thing you’ve EVER done for your mental and physical health. Once you make YOURSELF the first priority on your “to do list” — everything else will fall into place.

How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. “Visual Improvement” can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It’s becoming common to see a camper go down 1-2 dresses sizes within the first camp. Remember, everyone is different!
What will I do after camp is over?
You can get re-measured and tested to show your progress and success in the program. Many (up to 90%) of the campers return for a second and even third camp.
